Take hold of the Hula Hoop, bring it up to just below the waist, hold it with both hands and pull it forward so it’s resting on your back, with both hands push the hoop round so that it’s inner edge rolls in a circle around your body, by moving your hips in a circular motion you should be able to keep the hoop around your waist.
With practise you can keep the Hula Hoop up for longer each time you use it. Soon you should be able to do some tricks and carry on improving.
