All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and we do not charge VAT. We will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change before you place an order.
Product prices in our shop exclude delivery charges. The carriage costs are calculated on a zone system.
Under normal conditions goods are dispatched within 24 hours if the order arrives before 11.30am and should arrive with you within 3 carrier working days. You will be advised of any delay or if any of your ordered items are not available. Deliveries will not take longer than 28 days.
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible. Please read the section on guarantee.
We maintain a large stock of items but we are at the whim of our suppliers, so unfortunately all of our products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you and you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
The website at Jazzphab.co.uk is for sales to the UK. If you wish to order from outside the UK then please contact us and we will quote you a price and delivery.

Jazzphab realise that one of the greatest worries that people have about purchasing on the web is that of security. We are using Paypal as it is secure and you have control. We never get to see your credit card number.
The only information that Jazzphab holds on you is information for the purposes of ordering and/or the opt-in mailing list. This user information is held in our database that is not directly accessible from the web. You can view/edit your personal profile at any time using a password.
